A wrought iron and marble console table measuring 52 x 17 1/2 x 32. The top is a separate piece so please use care. The ornate cast iron base features high relief detail in a floral pattern with scrollwork and acanthus leaf details. Included is the original receipt from Kim Faison Antiques, dating the piece as 1840 and with the purchase price of $2,800.00 in 2012.

A Statton Appalachian wild cherry Trutype Americana Buffet with hutch. The buffet features four drawers over for doors and the hutch features three glass doors, each individually keyed. All three keys are included. The dimension of the Buffet are 56 x 21 x 37 and the hutch measures 55 x 14 x 42. Overall the piece measures 78 inches high assembled. It is in two pieces for ease of movement.

A set of six vintage maple rush bottom, ladderback chairs featuring two arm chairs and four side chairs. The arm chairs each measure 21 x 19 x 41 and the side chairs measure 18 x 15 x 41. This comes with the original receipt from Kim Faison Antiques dating the piece as ca. 1820 with the original tagged price of $3,400.00 and the selling price of $2,400.00 from 2011.

A regency style coffee or cocktail table with beveled mirrored top and open beveled glass shelf below is resting. The mirrored top is fixed to the bronze finished frame while the shelf below The table measures 44 x 28 x 20 and features a hairy split hoof foot.

An empire revival secretary, into pieces. The base has three drawers and the top has two doors and two blind doors with a fitted interior. Also included are two of the original keys. The base measures 39 x 18 x 33, the hutch measures 43 x 13 x 30 and the overall height is 61 inches. It is into two pieces for ease of movement. The writing surface has recently been resurfaced with embossed leather.

A vintage Everett cabinet upright piano with a mahogany Sheraton style frame and matching piano bench. The number is 54268 which dates the piano as having been manufactured between 1940 and 1950. The piano measures 59 x 25 x 41 and the matching bench measures 30 x 15 x 20. The piano is, of course, extremely heavy and will require professional moving service.
