Item # Description
Lot - 1

A vintage mahogany, baby grand piano from Ludvick & Co., New York, number 106695. From the record I found it looks like it was last tuned in 1983 so it definitely does need some attention but the soundboard is good and everything seems to be intact minus a couple of key facings, of course. As this is a baby grand piano, it should go without saying it is heavy and it will need to be moved either by a professional, or a couple of really strong folks who are patient and have the appropriate tools. Luckily enough it is in the front hall.

An interesting old filing cabinet. Not the way you would imagine; it is a cabinet for files, though. There are two glass doors behind which are a number of files slots.
